Lee Bucyk Joins Southern Arizona Senior Pride as Development Consultant

We are pleased to announce that Lee Bucyk (she/her/hers), has joined Southern Arizona Senior Pride in the role of Development Consultant.

Lee brings with her extensive experience in nonprofit fundraising, and is skilled in nonprofit operations, including fund development, grant writing, planned giving, community outreach, capital campaigns, feasibility studies, board development and event planning.

In her capacity, Lee will work collaboratively with Executive Director, Mary O’Donoghue to determine an overall fundraising strategy in support of the organization’s strategic direction, and to foster a culture of philanthropy among the board of directors, contractors, and key volunteers. In addition, she will develop donor cultivation and stewardship strategies including recruitment, engagement, retention, and recognition.

In addition to her nonprofit roles as Executive Director and Development Director, Lee has consulted with several Tucson-based nonprofits such as Homicide Survivors, TMM Family Services, Clinica Amistad (Amistad y Salud), and Southern Arizona Legal Aid Association to help further their fundraising efforts.
