Meditation Circle

Hello! Welcome to the Meditation Circle which meets outdoors at Rio Vista Natural Resources Park at the Labyrinth (off Cactus Blvd. on the eastside of the park) on the 2nd and 4th Sundays, starting at 9 am.

Look for a rainbow flag near the park entrance to the Labyrinth on Cactus Blvd. Bring a chair to be comfortable.

The meditation group starts with a guided meditation, followed by stretching in place and quiet meditation. You may want to walk the Labyrinth or take a short walk to the main park. The group format is flexible. All are welcome.
