bell hooks and local author, Fenton Johnson, dialogue about “Writing Home” at the Tucson Festival of Books on Sunday, March 11, at 1pm, at the SBS (Social and Behavioral Studies) tent, University of Arizona, Main Mall.

Fenton JohnsonFenton Johnson’s latest memoir is Everywhere Home—A Life in Essays. A native Kentuckian, he is a professor of creative writing in the English Department of the University of Arizona. bell hooks is the feminist and social activist author of a multiplicity of books and articles. She founded the bell hooks institute in Berea, Kentucky.
