Honoring a Life Workshop

Which half are you? ONE HALF of all people become incapacitated at some time in their lives and are thus unable to make their own medical decisions… Only two out of five people have taken the steps to ensure their care decisions will be honored. Into which group do you fall?

The Southern Arizona Senior Pride Honoring A Life workshop can provide you with information and guidance as you decide what care you want if you are medically incapacitated for any reason.

• Would you like to take the next step in making those wishes into directives?
• Would you like help choosing someone who can represent you if you cannot represent yourself?
