Fenton Johnson publishes At the Center of All Beauty: Solitude and the Creative Life

Fenton Johnson’s New Book Celebrates Solitude

Fenton Johnson, award-winning author of fiction and literary nonfiction, has published his seventh book: At the Center of All Beauty: Solitude and the Creative Life. Johnson was scheduled to present his new book locally in the upcoming months but, due to coronavirus precautions, in-person appearances for spring 2020 have been canceled, postponed or are pending.

HOWEVER, you can still see and hear Fenton this spring! Readings by Writers features authors whose books were scheduled to appear this spring but whose opportunities for bookstore readings, interviews, etc. have been severely impacted by travel restrictions, store closures, and quarantines.

Fenton Johnson is scheduled to discuss At the Center of All Beauty: Solitude and the Creative Life on Thursday, April 23, 5pm PDT / 8pm EDT.

Fenton says: “Ever considered spending a long weekend with fellow dedicated writers and readers? I’ve led a lot of these, and Readings by Writers is the best.”
