Honoring a Life Workshop in January
January 22 @ 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
Few things in life can make you feel better than an old teddy bear.
But teddy bears can’t do everything. When teddy bears can’t help, our community can.
The Southern Arizona Senior Pride Honoring A Life Workshop can provide you with information and guidance as you decide what care you want if you are medically incapacitated for any reason.
- Have you thought about your Advance Medical Care wishes?
- Would you like to take the next step in making those wishes into directives?
- Would you like help choosing someone who can represent you if you cannot represent yourself?
If you answered “YES” to any or all of these questions, click the blue button above by January 12, 2022 to register for our next Honoring A Life workshop.
Saturday, January 22, 2022
10:00 am to 12:00 pm
This will be an opportunity to prepare or update your wishes and instructions on how you want to be cared for if you are unable to make decisions for yourself.
Registration in advance is required by January 12th, 2021 to have workshop materials mailed to you.
Register using the blue Register button at the top of this page, or by email to Erin Russ, Advance Medical Care Planning Program Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, email address, mailing address and phone number. Also please let us know if more than one member of your household wishes to attend so we can send you enough materials for everyone.
Note: We are considering having some people attend in person, masked and with vaccine verification, but will also have a way for people to attend virtually by Zoom.
There is no charge for this event. Your generous donation will support Southern Arizona Senior Pride’s programs for LGBTQI+ older people.
Thank you for your generous support.
