Honoring a Life Workshop

Which half are you?

ONE HALF of all people become incapacitated at some time in their lives and are thus unable to make their own medical decisions… Only two out of five people have taken the steps to ensure their care decisions will be honored. Into which group do you fall?

The Southern Arizona Senior Pride Honoring A Life workshop can provide you with information and guidance as you decide what care you want if you are medically incapacitated for any reason. We are once again offering the “Honoring A Life” virtual workshop on Zoom:

Tuesday, December 7th, 2021
10:00 am to 12:00 pm

This will be an opportunity to prepare or update your wishes and instructions on how you want to be cared for if you are unable to make decisions for yourself.

Registration in advance is required by November 24th, 2021 to have workshop materials mailed to you.

Please include your name, email address, mailing address and phone number. Also please let us know if more than one member of your household wishes to attend so we can send you enough materials for everyone.

There is no charge for this event. Your generous donation will support Southern Arizona Senior Pride’s programs for LGBTQI+ older people.
